Unfortunately, the energy and challenges of 2020 have remained.
While I understand the importance of sleep and have helped many of you treat your sleep apnea, the toll of our present life has left me, and many of my patients, experiencing a sense of exhaustion and ennui.
When I read the excellent article by Dr. Dalton Smith, 7 Types of Rest That Every Person Needs, I realized that while I was getting enough sleep, I was not getting the restorative rest I needed to rise above some of our continued challenges. I decided to share her article with you in the hope that you will get the rest you need to stay healthy and hopeful.
